Tzatziki Sauce Recipe

  1. Peel the cucumber partially leaving strips of skin.
  2. Chop it finely.
  3. Put the yogurt, sour cream, salt, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper in a bowl and stir.
  4. You can serve it right away, or refrigerate for 2 or more hours.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
