Green Chile Mashed Potatoes

  1. boil and drain potatoes.leave skin on.
  2. roast peppers.
  3. remove skin,stems, and seeds.
  4. return potatoes to pot immediately.
  5. add.
  6. butter, salt and pepper and let stand for 10 min
  7. add --
  8. half and half.
  9. chopped green chilies.
  10. hand mash.
