Seafood Fettucini Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onions, bell pepper and celery in 2 sticks butter.
  2. Add in cheese, cream, flour, parsley and garlic pwdr to mix.
  3. Stir constantly till mixed.
  4. Add in seafood.
  5. Boil noodles and drain.
  6. Add in to seafood mix mixing well.
  7. Pour into 4 qt greased rectangle Pyrex baking dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
  8. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
  9. Serves 10 to 12.
  10. Freezes well.
