German Creamed Bratwurst

  1. In skillet cook mushrooms and onion in butter till vegetables are tender but not brown.
  2. Stir in flour, salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
  3. Add milk all at once; cook and stir till mixture is thickened and bubbly.
  4. Stir in sliced bratwurst and parsley.
  5. Heat through.
  6. Serve on toast points.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
