Grilled Italian Sausage Kebabs
- 1 clove Garlic
- 6 Tablespoons Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Prepared Pesto
- Sea Salt And Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
- 6 Italian Sausage Links
- 12 Baby Bella Mushrooms, Cleaned
- 1 Large Bell Pepper, Cut Into 1" Pieces
- 1 Medium Red Onion, Cut Into 1" Pieces
- Balsamic Glace, For Drizzling
- In a small bowl, grate garlic.
- Add roasted garlic oil, balsamic vinegar, pesto, salt and pepper, and mix well with a fork.
- Set aside.
- Par boil sausages for 1015 minutes.
- This will ensure less time on the grill and even cooking.
- This can also be done ahead of time.
- Once they are done, slice them into 1-inch chunks and place in a bowl with mushrooms, peppers, and onion.
- Pour marinade over and let sit while you heat grill to medium heat.
- When grill is ready, thread two of each ingredients onto a skewer.
- Sprinkle a little salt on top and grill the kabobs for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping them over now and then.
- Finish by drizzling balsamic glace over each kebab.
