Vickys Gluten-Free Brown Bread Flour Mix
- 340 grams brown rice flour
- 90 grams sorghum flour
- 450 grams potato starch (not potato flour)
- 170 grams tapioca starch or corn starch
- 150 grams rice bran / ground flax seed
- Combine well together.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Makes enough for 3 x 2lb loaves
- Use in place of store purchased gluten-free flour mix
- Follow a gluten-free recipe for best results with this flour mix.
