Dark Chocolate Icing
- 14 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 34 cup Splenda granular, powdered in blender
- 4 teaspoons fat-free half-and-half
- Combine cocoa and powdered Splenda.
- Stir in half and half, one teaspoonful at a time until you get the correct consistency.
- Do not add it all at once or you'll end up with soup.
- Will cover approximately 10 donuts.
