Buffalo Blue Cheese Burgers
- 60 each Pre-formed beef patties (4 oz. each)
- 2 qt. DURKEE Hot Sauce
- 60 rolls Hamburger rolls (4 oz. each), split
- 60 each leaf lettuce leaves
- 10 each Medium tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 qt. KRAFT Blue Cheese Crumbles Dressing
- Grill or broil burgers until cooked through (160F).
- For each serving: Brush top of each patty with 1 Tbsp.
- of the hot sauce; turn over.
- Brush other side with additional 1 Tbsp.
- hot sauce.
- Place patty on bottom half of roll; cover with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tomato slice and top half of roll.
- Spoon 2 Tbsp.
- of the dressing into 1-oz.
- portion cup.
- Serve on the side with sandwich.
