Buffalo Blue Cheese Burgers

  1. Grill or broil burgers until cooked through (160F).
  2. For each serving: Brush top of each patty with 1 Tbsp.
  3. of the hot sauce; turn over.
  4. Brush other side with additional 1 Tbsp.
  5. hot sauce.
  6. Place patty on bottom half of roll; cover with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tomato slice and top half of roll.
  7. Spoon 2 Tbsp.
  8. of the dressing into 1-oz.
  9. portion cup.
  10. Serve on the side with sandwich.
