Chicken Marinade
- 7 whole Chicken Breasts (or About 25 Tenders)
- 13 cups Liquid Smoke Hickory Flavor
- 1 bottle (16 Oz. Bottle) Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 Tablespoons White Sugar
- Your Favorite Vegetables (Onions, Bell Pepper, Mushrooms, Grape Tomatoes, Etc.)
- Thaw chicken enough to be cut into cubes.
- Cut chicken into cubes.
- Mix Liquid Smoke, dressing, and sugar.
- Place all the chicken pieces in a dish and pour marinade all over.
- Cover and refrigerate for a few hours (at least 3 hours).
- After a few hours, skewer onto wooden skewers alternating with favorite veggies.
- I use onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, and pepperoncini.
- Grill and serve.
