Chicken Marinade

  1. Thaw chicken enough to be cut into cubes.
  2. Cut chicken into cubes.
  3. Mix Liquid Smoke, dressing, and sugar.
  4. Place all the chicken pieces in a dish and pour marinade all over.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours (at least 3 hours).
  6. After a few hours, skewer onto wooden skewers alternating with favorite veggies.
  7. I use onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, and pepperoncini.
  8. Grill and serve.
