Pork Chops and Mustard Onion Gravy

  1. Heat oil in skillet.
  2. Add chops and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and cook 10 minutes or until chops are done.
  4. Add gravy, mustard and water.
  5. Heat through.
  6. Serve with rice or potatoes and your favorite vegetables.
