Bacon Tomato Cups

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees (200 C.).
  2. Coarsely chop bacon, tomato and onion.
  3. Grate cheese (3/4 cup).
  4. Mix all ingredients except biscuits; set aside.
  5. Separate each biscuit into 3 thinner biscuits.
  6. Lay each biscuit over mini-muffin pan cup.
  7. Using the mini tart shaper dipped in flour, press each biscuit into cup.
  8. Fill cup with bacon mixture.
  9. Bake 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
