Grilled Tomato & Jalapeno Cheese Sandwich
- 8 slices bread
- 6 oz. Mexican VELVEETA, sliced
- 4 slices tomato
- 8 tsp. margarine, softened
- Cover each of 4 bread slices with process cheese product, tomato slice and second bread slice.
- Spread outsides of sandwiches evenly with margarine.
- Cook in skillet on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
