Turkey and Rice Soup
- 1 cup Leftover Turkey gravy or the same amount of chicken broth
- 2 cup Celery, sliced
- 1 1/2 cup Carrots, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup Minute Rice
- 10 cup water
- 4 cup Turkey, cut in bite sized pieces
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Lemon Pepper
- Place all ingredients EXCEPT RICE in crockpot.
- Add Minute Rice to crockpot the last hour before serving.
- Cook on high for a total of 5 hours.
