Jalapenos Stuffed with Shrimp
- 12 lg. jalapeno peppers
- 24 md. shrimp. peeled and deveined
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 slices uncooked bacon
- Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise and clean out seeds with a spoon.
- Fill each half with a little cream cheese.
- Place one shrimp on top of each pepper and a small slice of bacon on top of the shrimp.
- Cook them off to the side of the grill on a baking pan for 20-30 minutes with the grill covered.
- Or, bake uncovered in a preheated 350F oven.
- Serve while hot or warm.
