Jalapenos Stuffed with Shrimp

  1. Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise and clean out seeds with a spoon.
  2. Fill each half with a little cream cheese.
  3. Place one shrimp on top of each pepper and a small slice of bacon on top of the shrimp.
  4. Cook them off to the side of the grill on a baking pan for 20-30 minutes with the grill covered.
  5. Or, bake uncovered in a preheated 350F oven.
  6. Serve while hot or warm.
