Frozen Lemon Pie

  1. To make pie crust: Crush the Wheaties, then measure.
  2. Add melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar together.
  3. Form in pie crust set aside.
  4. Separate eggs.
  5. In top of double boiler, add egg yolk, 2/3 cup sugar, salt, lemon juice and rind
  6. Cook over boiling water till thick
  7. Chill.
  8. Beat egg whites to stiff peak stage.
  9. Beat whipping cream; add to egg whites.
  10. Add lemon sauce gently.
  11. Pour into pie shell.
  12. Put in freezer.
  13. Serve out of freezer.
