Strawberry Balsamic Salad

• 4 cups fresh sliced strawberries
• 12 cup good balsamic vinegar
• fresh cracked pepper

1. Slice strawberries.
2. Arrange on a salad plate or saucer.
3. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over top of berries, do not soak in a lot of vinegar.
4. Crack just a dusting of fresh pepper over the top of strawberries to taste.
