Double Chocolate Brownies Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 pkg. (12 ounce.) Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. coarsely minced walnuts
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches with Baker's Joy baking spray.
- Heat butter and 1 c. chocolate chips in 3 qt saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, till melted.
- Stir in sugar, flour, vanilla, baking pwdr, salt and Large eggs till smooth.
- Stir in remaining chocolate chips.
- Spread in pan; sprinkle with walnuts.
- Bake till center is set, about 30 min; cold completely.
- Cut into bars, about 2 x 1 1/2 inches.
- Store tightly covered.
- 36 brownies.
