Crock Pot Pork And Gravy Recipe

  1. Trim pork chops of excess fat and cut into "stew size" pcs.
  2. Lightly brown and place in bottom of crock pot.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork.
  4. Cook 4-6 hrs on low till tender.
  5. Serve over rice or possibly with mashed potatoes.
  6. Serves 4-5.
