Apricot Corn Pasta

• 3/4 cup durum semolina flour
• 1/4 cup cornmeal
• 1/4 cup apricot nectar
• 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil

1. Mix together and work as with any other pasta, until desired thickness.
