Sizzling Steak Fajitas
- 2 Tbsp. A.1. Original Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. salsa
- 3 oz. beef flank steak or bottom round steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 green bell pepper strips, cut into strips
- 1 tsp. oil, divided
- 1 flour tortilla (8 inch)
- 2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN Fat Free Sour Cream
- 1 medium orange
- Mix steak sauce and salsa.
- Place steak in glass dish.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of the steak sauce mixture over steak; toss lightly.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes to 1 hour to marinate, stirring occasionally.
- Cook and stir onion and green pepper in oil in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Remove vegetables from skillet with slotted spoon; set aside.
- Add steak to skillet; cook and stir 5 to 8 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Add onion mixture and remaining steak sauce mixture; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with warmed flour tortilla and sour cream.
- Enjoy a fresh orange for dessert.
