Beef With Cauliflower & Peas Recipe

  1. Combine beef with 1/2 tsp.
  2. salt, 1 1/2 tsp.
  3. cornstarch and 1 Tbsp.
  4. oil.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Separate cauliflower.
  7. Cook it and carrot in boiling water for 10 min.
  8. Drain.
  9. Plunge peas in boiling water for 1 second.
  10. Rinse with cool water.
  11. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  12. oil to 400 degrees.
  13. Fry beef 1 minute.
  14. Add in sherry and cook 1 minute.
  15. Remove and set aside.
  16. Combine sauce ingredients.
  17. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  18. oil to 400 degrees.
  19. Stir fry carrots, cauliflower and peas for 1 minute.
  20. Add in peas last.
  21. Add in 1/2 tsp.
  22. salt and beef.
  23. Quickly pour in sauce mix.
  24. Stir fry 2 min.
