Grilled Pineapple

  1. Slash the tops of the pineapple in a crisscross pattern.
  2. Broil until the pineapple turns caramel, but not brown.
  3. Boil the lemon juice and honey in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat to cool, and season to taste with pepper.
  5. Serve as is, or with a scoop of ice cream.
  6. (You could also serve with ricotta or goat cheese).
