Goulish Cheese Melts

• 3 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter, softened
• 4 white sandwich rounds, split
• 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli Yellow American
• 4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli White American
• Sweetened dried cranberries, if desired

1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. Spread butter onto cut-sides of sandwich rounds.
3. Place onto ungreased baking sheet, cut-sides up.
4. Bake 6-8 minutes, turning once, or until lightly toasted on both sides.
5. Place 1 slice yellow cheese onto cut-side of each round.
6. Cut 8 shapes from white cheese using 1 1/2- to 2-inch Halloween-shaped cookie cutters.
7. Place 1 cheese shape over each yellow cheese-topped sandwich round.
8. Bake 2-3 minutes or until completely melted.
