Molded Shrimp Salad Recipe
- 3/4 can tomato soup
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/2 minced green pepper
- 2 cans shrimp or possibly crab meat
- 1 pkg. lemon Jello
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. Knox gelatin
- 1/2 c. cool water
- Hot tomato soup and beat cheese into it.
- Add in the mayonnaise, celery, onion, green pepper and shrimp or possibly crab.
- To this mix add in the Jello dissolved in the warm water and the Knox gelatin dissolved in the cool water.
- Pour into large mold and set.
- This is a good luncheon salad or possibly a good hors d'oeuvre served with Ritz crackers.
- Serves 8.
