Whole-Grain Pie Crust

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350F Lightly grease 9-inch pie plate.
  2. COMBINE graham cracker crumbs, flour, oil, brown sugar, flaxseed, wheat germ, zest and ginger in medium bowl.
  3. Add egg; stir until moistened.
  4. Gently press mixture onto bottom of plate and up the sides.
  5. BAKE for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  6. Cool completely on wire rack.
