Veal Roll Ups Recipe

  1. With meat mallet, lb.
  2. cutlets very thin.
  3. Mix deviled ham with onion; spread on cutlets just to edge.
  4. Slice cream cheese into 12 narrow strips; place 3 strips on each cutlet.
  5. Roll cutlets jelly roll style; fasten with wooden picks.
  6. Dip rolls in beaten egg, then in crumbs.
  7. Heat butter in skillet; add in veal rolls and brown on all sides.
  8. Arrange browned rolls in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish; remove picks.
  9. Pour water into skillet; add in gravy mix and sherry.
  10. Cook and stir till mix is bubbly; pour over veal rolls.
  11. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till tender.
  12. Serves 4.
