Claypot Stew Chicken.

  1. Heat up the cooking pan with cooking oil.
  2. Fry the ginger, shallots & Garlic until fragrance.
  3. Add in chicken, button mushrooms & a pinch of salt.
  4. Prepare the source with cornstarch, oyster source with water.
  5. Cook for about 5min.
  6. Place all the ingredients into claypot.
  7. Turn your gas stove at low heat & stew for 45min.
  8. Add the spring onions after half hrs & continue stew for another 15min.
