Spicy Scallion and Char Siu

  1. Slice the scallions very thinly and soak in water.
  2. You can also shred the white part of the scallions.
  3. (In that case, use a whole stalk.Don't forget to soak in water.)
  4. In the meantime, julienne the char siu.
  5. Wipe excess water from the scallion with paper towels.
  6. Mix well with char siu, ra-yu, and sesame oil.
  7. Serve on a plate, and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
