Spicy Scallion and Char Siu
- 100 grams Char siu
- 1/2 stalk Scallions
- 1/2 tsp Ra-yu
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 White sesame seeds
- Slice the scallions very thinly and soak in water.
- You can also shred the white part of the scallions.
- (In that case, use a whole stalk.Don't forget to soak in water.)
- In the meantime, julienne the char siu.
- Wipe excess water from the scallion with paper towels.
- Mix well with char siu, ra-yu, and sesame oil.
- Serve on a plate, and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
