Crab Stuffed Snow-Peas

  1. Pour boiling water over peas.
  2. Let stand for 1-minute and then drain; chill in cold water.
  3. Split peas open on top side (outside curve).
  4. In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
  5. Stuff each pea pod until it looks like it's overflowing.
  6. Cover and chill.
