Garden Veggie Salad
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 purple cabbage, shredded
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 cup sliced yellow squash
- 1 cup snow pea pods
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Pecan Halves
- 32 oz. vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 4 cups red or green grapes
- 4 On-the-Go packets
- 4 bottles of water, 20 fl oz
- Toss lettuce, cabbage, carrots, squash and pea pods with dressing.
- Divide evenly among 4 plates.
- Sprinkle 2 Tbsp.
- pecans over 1 cup yogurt for each person's dessert; serve alongside 1 cup grapes per person.
- COMBINE CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-GO packet with bottled water per package directions.
- Serve each person 1 water bottle with their meal.
