Crudites With Vodka Lemon Cream Cheese
- 1 12 cups vegan cream cheese
- 1 12 tablespoons vodka
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 cucumber
- 6 radishes, trimmed
- 6 stalks celery
- 1 head Belgian endive, trimmed and leaves separated
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, vodka and lemon juice.
- Stir in dill and salt.
- Trim vegetables into bite sized pieces.
- Arrange cut vegetables on a platter with cream cheese in the center.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
