Cheesy Alfredo with Chicken & Broccoli
- 6 ounces (2 cups) uncooked dried cavatappi (corkscrew) pasta
- 16 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli 4 Cheese Italian Blend, cut into quarters
- 1 cup Land O Lakes Half & Half
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Drain; set aside.
- Combine cheese, half & half, garlic and nutmeg in 3-quart saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Add macaroni, chicken and broccoli; mix well.
- Continue cooking 4-6 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
