Mexican Pizza

  1. Heat oven to 450u0b0.
  2. Grease 14-inch round pizza pan or 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
  3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon corn meal evenly into pan.
  4. Combine remaining 1/2 cup of meal, flour, baking powder and salt.
  5. Add milk and oil and stir with fork until mixture forms a ball.
  6. Press into the pan and shape edge to form a rim.
  7. Bake 15 minutes.
  8. Spread taco sauce evenly over crust.
  9. Top with beans, pepper rings and cheese and continue baking until cheese is melted.
