Chicken & Cheese Sub Sandwiches
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 4 KRAFT Singles, cut diagonally in half
- 1 baguette (12 oz.), cut into 4 pieces
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes, cut into 4 slices each King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- Cook bacon in skillet until crisp.
- Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 1 Tbsp.
- drippings in skillet.
- Drain bacon on paper towels.
- Add chicken to reserved dippings; cook 5 to 6 min.
- on each side or until done (165 degrees F.) Top with Singles; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 1 min.
- or until Singles are melted.
- Spread cut sides of baguette pieces with mayo; fill with lettuce, tomatoes, chicken and bacon.
- Serve with barbecue sauce.
