Vegetable Beef Soup
- 1 lb stew meat
- 4 cup beef broth
- 2 carrots (peeled and sliced)
- 2 russet potatos (peeled and diced)
- 1 can green beans (drained)
- 3 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 small white onion (diced)
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- In medium crockpot, combine meat and flour (stir to evenly coat)
- Stir in remaining ingredients (except greens beans)
- Cook on low for 10 hours
- Stir in green beans during last hour of cooking
- *This can be made on the stove top or on high at less cook time.
- I just love soups to simmer in a crockpot all day long!
