Seafood Delight (Pasta And Shrimp) Recipe

  1. Bring water to boil; add in shrimp and cook 3 to 5 min.
  2. Drain well; rinse in cool water.
  3. Chill, peel and devein shrimp.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Cook linguine according to package directions (omit salt), drain, rinse with cool water and drain again.
  6. Combine shrimp and remaining ingredients; toss gently.
  7. Cover; refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
  8. Yields 10 servings.
