Texas Holdem Burger

  1. For each serving: Season 1 beef patty with salt and black pepper.
  2. Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
  3. on each side or until medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
  4. Top with 1 cheese slice.
  5. Grill an additional 30 sec.
  6. or until cheese begins to melt.
  7. Spread cut surfaces of roll with 2 Tbsp.
  8. of the chipotle sauce.
  9. Place 1/4 cup (1 oz.)
  10. lettuce on bottom half of roll; top with burger and 6 jalapeno pepper slices.
  11. Cover with top of roll.
