Tickle-The-Tongue Grilled Steak
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 14 cup pineapple juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 12 teaspoon dried oregano
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon unseasoned meat tenderizer
- 1 12 lbs flank steaks
- Combine all ingredients except flank steak (a gallon-sized freezer storage bag works perfect).
- Mix well.
- Add whole flank steak and refrigerate, turning often, for at least two hours.
- The longer the better.
- Grill on high (gas grill) 4 minutes each side for medium-rare.
- Be careful to not overcook as it will toughen the meat.
