Egg-free Pound Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  3. Grease the pound cake tin with oil (not listed) and pour in the mixture from Step 2.
  4. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Poke a skewer through it to check if it's done.
