On-the-Go Breakfast Sandwich

  1. Cook egg substitute in nonstick skillet on medium-low heat until set, stirring occasionally.
  2. Microwave breakfast patties as directed on package.
  3. Cover 4 of the muffin halves with 1/4 each tomato slices and egg substitute.
  4. Top with 1 breakfast patty.
  5. Sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp.
  6. cheese; top with remaining muffin halves.
  7. Complement each breakfast serving with 1/2 grapefruit.
  8. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with their breakfast.
