On-the-Go Breakfast Sandwich
- 2 cups fat-free liquid egg substitute
- 4 BOCA Meatless Breakfast Patties
- 4 100% whole wheat
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 grapefruits
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Cook egg substitute in nonstick skillet on medium-low heat until set, stirring occasionally.
- Microwave breakfast patties as directed on package.
- Cover 4 of the muffin halves with 1/4 each tomato slices and egg substitute.
- Top with 1 breakfast patty.
- Sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp.
- cheese; top with remaining muffin halves.
- Complement each breakfast serving with 1/2 grapefruit.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with their breakfast.
