Mimosa Punch

  1. Put 1 can cold but thawed orange juice concentrate into a punch bowl or in a large pitcher.
  2. Stir to soften.
  3. Stir in 4 cups cold club soda.
  4. Then add the sparkling wine and stir gently.
  5. Pour into Champagne flutes or coupes and serve.
