Quick Taco Salad

  1. Brown meat with onions in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  2. Stir in seasoning mix and water.
  3. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min., stirring frequently.
  4. Divide lettuce among 4 plates; cover with meat mixture.
  5. Top with remaining ingredients.
