Jen's Favorite Chef Salad

  1. Hard boil an egg for each person.
  2. cook mini ravioli (Rinse in cold water).
  3. refrigerate eggs and ravioli.
  4. In a large salad bowl:.
  5. Start with the lettuce, add all the vegtables, toss lightly.
  6. Chunk meat and cheese ends(if you have sliced meats and cheeses cut in strips) add to salad bowl, Ravioli, toss lightly.
  7. top with olives, artichoke hearts.
  8. croutons etc.
  9. I keep the eggs whole.
  10. I let my family and guests put on their own dressing.
  11. A little secret: Do a some prep work, cook eggs and ravoli, cut vegtables, meats and cheeses, In plastic bags store in refrigerator.
  12. Toss together and serve.

head washed lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, broccoli, eggs, ravioli, ham, turkey, swiss, salami, olive, hearts, hot pepper, peppers, chickpeas, bacon bits, italian dressing
