Caesar Salad With Fried Dace Filets
- 3 heads romaine lettuce leaves
- 6 ounces baby salad leaves
- 12 cup fried white fish fillet
- 1 cup caesar salad dressing
- 1 12 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- crouton
- You can but this fried dace fish at the Chinese market.
- Remove bone and hand shredded the fish and drain off the oil from the can.
- In a mixing bowl blend the dace filets, oyster sauce, pepper and Caesar dressing and mix well.
- In a chill salad bowl blend the two lettuces and toss well.
- Before serving blend in the Caesar dressing as needed and toss together and top with croutons.
