Southwestern Pasta Bake
- 1 cup Chicken, Cooked, Cubed
- 1/4 boxes Pasta, Cooked
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Frozen Corn
- 3 Tablespoons Salsa
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese, Divided Use
- Thoroughly mix everything but 1/4 cup of cheese.
- Spread into a square baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 14 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is fully melted.
- Makes 2 servings or 4 small servings.
- If you prefer seasoned chicken, cook with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and chili powder.
- You can choose any cheese, from Monty Jack to Mexican blend or whatever you please.
