Tuna and Avocado Poke
- 1 block Maguro (lean tuna, sashimi quality)
- 2 Avocado
- 1 White sesame seeds
- 20 ml Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Wasabi
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the soy sauce, wasabi, and sesame oil to the cut tuna and mix.
- Season the tuna and it's done.
- Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
- First, cut in half lengthwise, then peel with your hands.
- Add the cut avocado to the marinade in Step 2, mix, and finally top with lemon juice and sesame seeds to finish.
