Salsa De Las Sirenas
- 34 cup strawberry, diced
- 14 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons red onions, chopped
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 lime, juice of
- 18 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 roma tomato, diced (approx 3T)
- 14 cup cucumber, diced
- salt and pepper
- Combine all of the ingrdients and use as desired.
- Would be fantastic as a dip with cornchips, as a topping for mexican dishes (tacos, burritos etc).
