Chartreuse Swizzle

• Ice cubes, plus shaved ice
• 1 1/4 ounces green Chartreuse
• 1/2 ounce Velvet Falernum (clove-spiced liqueur)
• 1 ounce pineapple juice
• 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1 lime wheel or 1 pineapple spear

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add the Chartreuse, Velvet Falernum and fruit juices; shake well.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with shaved ice.
4. Garnish with the lime wheel.
