Bourbon Peach Barbecue Sauce (And Its Uses!)

  1. Rub pork or other meat with vegetable oil, then season with 1 tablespoon Old Bay and garlic.
  2. A milder meat, such as chicken, may need less seasoning, so I would recommend using your discretion.
  3. Heat grill to medium.
  4. Combine preserves, bourbon, ketchup and 1 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay in a small bowl.
  5. Grill meat over medium heat until done.
  6. For the pork this would be about 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160F.
  7. Brush with sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  8. Serve with remaining sauce.

pork tenderloin, vegetable oil, bay seasoning, fresh garlic, preserves, bourbon, ketchup, bay seasoning
