Tasty Lamb Chops

  1. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook lamb on both sides until tender.
  2. Remove lamb and keep warm in oven.
  3. Add onion to pan , garlic, curry powder and cumin.
  4. Cook until onion is soft.
  5. Stir in water, coconut milk, peanut butter, chutney and soy sauce.
  6. Cook over a low heat to form a sauce.
  7. Pour over chops and serve with steamed rice.
